Orders & Payments
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders when necessary.
Shipping & Delivery
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 days from Korea.
Free delivery to Addis Ababa (6 Kilo) is available for orders of 10,000 ETB or more.
Korea: Eligible Rocket items are typically delivered within 24 hours in Incheon. Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, shipping conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen delays.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
Abinora takes full responsibility for items lost during shipment. In the event of a lost shipment, we will notify the customer and provide either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
If a replacement is requested, additional time may be required for delivery.
